Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer constantly loses connection, saying it is offline when it is not.  When I print a Wireless Network Test Report, it comes back that it is connected to the internet with "Good" signal strength, however documents will not print to it!  It's infuriating!  I run a business out of my home and this is starting to affect my productivity.  I paid good money for this printer and do not want to have to buy another one when I know there should be nothing wrong with this one.  Please tell me what to do to fix this!  Thank you!

Sounds more like the WiFi setup or range is weak.
The best option always is to use wired network. What kind of router do you have? How far is it from the printer?

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
