Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer wifi worked until recently. I've made no known changes and now it's continually offline. Printer is selected for printing  (I have no other printers). I've Uninstaller and reloaded software several times using the disk provided . 

I don't know what else to do as it worked in the past and have excellent signal from my Jetpack.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try a reset wireless for the printer and then use HP Smart to setup can connect the printer to the network to print and scan.
