We lost internet connection and contacted our wireless provider, Spectrum. They ran some tests and concluded we needed a new router. I turned in the old one and set up the new one. We have internet connection again, but can no longer print to our HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M125nw printer. We uninstalled the printer hoping that it would reconnect with our computers when we reinstalled it, but can't figure out how to reinstall it even though we followed the instructions on the internet. Our other printer is still installed, but now it's offline and we don't know how to get it back online. Need help.

Hi @sh-hp,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw printer and your internet connection. Let's try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Follow these steps.
Reinstalling HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw:
Download Latest Drivers: Visit the official HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model. Make sure to select the correct operating system version.
Install Drivers: Run the downloaded driver file to install the printer drivers on your computer. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Connect Printer: Ensure that your printer is powered on and properly connected to the same network as your computer. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Add Printer:
For Windows:
- Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & scanners."
- Click on "Add a printer or scanner" and follow the prompts to detect and add your printer.
For Mac:
- Open "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners."
- Click on the '+' button to add a new printer, and select your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw.
Print Test Page: After adding the printer, try printing a test page to see if it's working properly.
Bringing Offline Printer Online:
Check Printer Status:
- For Windows:
- Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & scanners."
- Right-click on your printer and select "See what's printing."
- Clear any pending print jobs.
- For Mac:
- Open "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners."
- Select your printer and click on the "Open Print Queue" button.
- Clear any pending print jobs.
Restart Printer: Power off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
Restart Computer: Restart your computer to ensure a fresh connection to the printer.
Check Connection: Ensure that the printer is still connected to the network. Check its display or settings to verify the connection status.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
