@Sorabh211, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that your printer is giving you trouble. Let's try to get it back online. Here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that your printer is set to "Online" mode. You can usually find this option in the printer's control panel or settings menu.

Update Printer Drivers: Outdated drivers can cause connectivity problems. Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.

Check Network Connection: Make sure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. If it's connected via Ethernet, check the cable connections.

Restart Router: Sometimes the issue might be with the router. Restart your router to refresh the network connection.

Reinstall Printer: Remove the printer from your computer's list of devices and then add it again. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
