Hi @Linaben

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Let’s work through this step by step to reconnect your HP printer to WiFi:

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
  • Turn your printer back on once the router is fully operational.

Reconnect Printer to WiFi:

  • On your printer, press and hold the Wireless button until the light starts blinking.
  • Use the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device to reconnect the printer to your WiFi network. Ensure the printer and device are on the same network.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers on your computer.
  • Right-click your printer and select Printer Properties.
  • Verify that the printer is set to Online and connected to the correct network.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support page for your printer model and download the latest drivers.
  • Install the drivers and restart your computer to apply the changes.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool.
  • This utility can automatically detect and fix common connectivity issues.

Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings:

  • Ensure your firewall or antivirus software isn’t blocking the printer connection.
  • Add the printer as an exception if necessary.

Test Connection:

  • Print a test page to confirm the printer is successfully connected to your WiFi network.

Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance! 😊
