Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

My devices can't locate my printer. I'm not even sure if the WiFi is picking it up, can anyone help please?

I need to connect my printer to WiFi then to my android but even when I follow the simple steps none of my devices can recognise or locate my printer

How is the blue wireless light on the printer currently? Does it solid lit, blinking or off?
