Common problems for Connectivity Issues

my hp photosmart printer won't connect to my sagemcom  gateway fast modem (recent addition) have printed out wireless network test results and under settings it says "No Filtering" Fail

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

.

Meanwhile, 

 

Please restore the wireless network back to factory settings

 

On your printer go to Setup Menu > Tools Restore > Network settings ( or similar options )

 

Next run the wireless setup wizard again

 

Turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.

On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon .

The Wireless Summary screen displays.

Touch Settings, and then touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

Follow the instructions on the control panel to connect the printer to your wireless network.

Print a Network Test Page and let me know how it goes
