Hi @Ariver1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There are several possible reasons why your printer may have lost its connection to your Wi-Fi network. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to reconnect your HP Smart Tank 7305 printer to Wi-Fi.
- Check the Wi-Fi signal strength: Ensure that the printer is within range of the Wi-Fi network. Move the printer closer to the Wi-Fi router if necessary.
- Restart the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and wait for a few seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
- Restart the Wi-Fi router: Turn off the Wi-Fi router, wait for a few seconds, and turn it back on.
- Check the Wi-Fi password: Make sure that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password for your network. If you are not sure about the password, you can check it on your Wi-Fi router or contact your Internet Service Provider.
- Reset the printer's network settings: You can reset the printer's network settings to the default factory settings by pressing and holding the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer's control panel for 5 seconds until the Wireless light starts blinking.
- Reconfigure the printer's Wi-Fi settings: Once you have reset the printer's network settings, you will need to set up the Wi-Fi connection again by following the instructions provided by the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
