Thanks for explaining that—it's really frustrating when everything looks connected but nothing comes out of the printer. Let’s walk through a few steps to get your HP ENVY Photo 7155 printing again:
📶 Step 1: Confirm wireless connection
- Make sure the printer’s wireless light is solid blue, indicating it’s connected to the network.
- On your computer, check that it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
🖨️ Step 2: Check printer status on your computer
- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select See what’s printing.
- If you see “Use Printer Offline” or “Pause Printing” checked, uncheck them.
- Right-click again and choose Set as Default Printer if it’s not already.
🔄 Step 3: Restart everything
- Turn off your printer, computer, and router.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Turn on the router first, then the printer, and finally your computer.
- Try printing again.
🧰 Step 4: Use HP’s Diagnose & Fix Tool
- In the HP Smart app, click Printer Settings > Diagnose & Fix.
- Let it run a scan—it will automatically fix common connection issues.
You can also access this tool on HP’s support page if needed.
🆕 Step 5: Update printer drivers and firmware
- Visit the HP ENVY Photo 7155 support page and install the latest drivers and firmware for your printer.
