HP ENVY 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP ENVY 4520 printer and it can't seem to find my wifi network. When I click on the network icon, it says IP not connected. I go to wireless setup wizard but my wifi network isn't listed. I clicked on enter new network but it says, Network not found.

Yes, make sure the bandwidth of the router is set to 2.4GHz and check if you can connect.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the response but I still don't see my network name in the list. I tried manually entering the network but it says no network found. Also I live in an apartment and the wifi router is in my landlord's place downstairs. Maybe that has something to do with the issue?

My landlord said it is. His router is able to provide wifi for our whole building so I would assume it is set to at least 2.4GHz.

It works now. I am not sure why but now it was able to find the wifi network and connect to it. Thanks for the help!
