Hi I own a  HP ENVY 5530 E all in one printer

It freezes when I try to connect it to my wireless router?

It worked fine before but one day lost connection?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer is freezing while connecting to a wireless router. I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
