@Cruz7373, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e is showing as connected to Wi-Fi (the blue light is solid), but Windows 11 says it's not connected when you try to print, here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Restart Devices
Restart your printer, your Windows 11 PC, and your Wi-Fi router.
Power everything off for 1–2 minutes, then power on your router → printer → PC.
Check Printer Status in Windows
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e.
Check the status. If it says offline, click “Open print queue” and make sure:
The printer is not paused.
“Use Printer Offline” is unchecked (in the Printer menu).
Update or Reinstall Printer Driver
Visit: HP Support – HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
Download the latest Full Feature Software or HP Smart app for Windows 11.
Reinstall the printer driver using this package.
Remove and Re-add Printer
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Select your HP printer, click Remove.
Then click Add device to search for and reconnect to your printer.
Use HP Smart App
Download the HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store.
Sign in with your HP account and add your printer in the app.
HP Smart helps configure and troubleshoot connection issues automatically.
Check Firewall or Antivirus Settings
Some security software can block printer communication.
Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus and try printing again.
If that works, allowlist HP Smart or HP printer services in your security software.
Run Windows Printer Troubleshooter
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Find and run the Printer troubleshooter.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
