Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

I will add the 7955e I just bought to this list.  Have it setup and working, restart my PC and even though the printer is connected to the network HP Smart shows it to be offline and cannot find it.  The iPhone app always shows it to be online so I feel this is a PC Applicaiton issue. I have two weeks to return to BestBuy and will work on this a little more but the fact support is MIA after offering to help is not encouraging.
