HP Officejet Pro 8025 frequently offline according to devices but is connected to WIFI. The devices are also connected to WIFI but when I send something to print it says Printer offline.  Any ideas?

Keep getting message hp8025 offline but it isnt.  Now getting message that there is an error that needs to be fixed or I wont be able to print.  Go to App or HP.com.  I am at HP.com but it keeps saying wrong or inaccurate serial number.  Did it so many times I took pic of SN and pasted in the space.  Still says inaccurate serial number. I cant get anywhere on this dam support page for help!
