We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Check Printer Connection:
- Make sure the printer is properly connected to the power source and your computer or network.
- Check that all cables are securely plugged in.
Restart Printer and Computer:
- Turn off your printer and computer.
- Wait for 30 seconds before turning them back on.
Check Printer Status:
- Go to the HP Printer Assistant software on your computer.
- Check if the printer status is set to offline. If so, change it to online.
Reset Printer:
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for 60 seconds and then reconnect the power cord.
- Turn the printer back on.
Reinstall Printer Driver:
- Go to the HP Support website: HP Support.
- Download and install the latest driver for your printer model.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.
