Everything was working fine. I had to relocate my modem and after that it started showing the green icon on the print menu for printing. I have tried everything. Can someone please help me. The printer is an ENVY Inspire 7955e.
Thanks

Welcome to the HP English Community --
The little green cloud icon indicates that the printer is not connected to your local network and instead is available for remote printing.
Green_Check_Status_3
This is generally something you'd see on a mobile device (tablet, phone) when that device is connected to your data plan and not your local (Wireless or Ethernet) network.
OR
At your home or office where you should have "same network" connections for both computer and printer?
Having changed the modem's physical location might have interrupted the printer's connection to your network.
What else?
If you were to take your Windows 11 laptop to a different location where you could not normally connect to your own network
AND
If you have HP+ service enabled on the printer,
Then
When viewed from within HP Smart,
Your printer might exhibit the little Green Cloud icon as the connection type.

Go to Page 8
Note the comment in Step 3 that mentions setting the printer back to Wireless Setup mode.
Doing so allows you to re-assign the printer's network configuration as you want it done.
Additional Troubleshooting documents are included below in section Message Content References
Example - EWS - IPv4
EWS > HP Document / How-to (original format)
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
NOTE: Find printer IP address
Section Open the EWS over a local network orientation
Ethernet
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Network > Wired (802.3) > IPv4 Configuration
Wireless
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > IPv4 Configuration
As Available:
Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > Advanced
Network Interface on / off, Network SSID name, Security Settings, Passphrase / Password
Select and connect to the correct SSID / network name for the bandwidth you are using.
Note: It is not mandatory that you use a manual / static IP address. Doing so can improve stability.
Example - EWS - IPv4 Configuration
EWS_9025_Network_IPv4_Configuration_6
