After installing the software driver, it stated it was ready. However, each time I went to print, the information icon came on the printer, and the documents would not print. Then it goes into printer is incomplete, add printer. After adding the printer, the printer continuously prints the printer Information report. How can I complete the printing status? I have tried turning the printer on and off. I reset it several times; it would clear it temporarily until I went to print.
