Get a network report and see if the printer is connected to the modem/router or if it is in WiFi direct mode
If it is on the modem it will have an IP4 address in the same network as your PC or phone.  This assumes the phone is on WIFi when in the printers location.  Should look like 192.168..x.x

You may need to reset the printer and that is shown on page 6

@Su10K59  NEVER POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER HERE. Even if you think you have cleverly hidden it.
