To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

What is the exact issue you have with your printer?

 

If you are looking to fix the printer, I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
