Check Printer Connection
- Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Verify the cables and restart both the printer and your computer.
Set Printer as Default
- Go to "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers".
- Right-click on your HP printer and select "Set as default printer".
Check Printer Status
- Make sure the printer is turned on and not showing any error messages.
- Ensure there is paper in the tray and ink or toner in the cartridges.
Restart Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows + R, type “services.msc”, and press Enter.
- Scroll down and find "Print Spooler". Right-click and select "Restart".
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Visit the HP Support Website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Install the updated drivers and restart your computer.
Disable Offline Printer Mode
- Go to "Devices and Printers".
- Right-click on your printer and select "See what’s printing".
- Click "Printer" and ensure "Use Printer Offline" is unchecked.
