hi,

My printer (Laserjet m110we) doesn't print. It's connected to the wifi but the app on my laptop keep saying that is offline.

The ink level in the toner is at 10%.

Reset the printer and try connecting again

This video shows how to reset the printer.

WiFi Network connect using smartphone but could be done with laptop using HP Smart

If you do not have a smartphone you can use the WPS pushbutton method shown on page 7 of the users manual.

This printer uses only the 2.4ghz band and if you want to connect using WiFi direct to the printer then your PCs or smartphones need to be on the 2.4 band, not the 5ghz.

Full feature software is dated March 24, 2022
