I have recently changed the password for my wifi - when trying to reconnect my HP orinter to the wifi using the new wifi password, I cannot seem to do this, as I do not know what the password is for my printer.

Can anyone help here please?

Hello,

You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Turn on the printer, and then, as soon as the HP logo appears, press the lower right corner of the operation panel.
    Note:
If the bottom right corner of the Permanent Storage Init. screen does not appear, repeat steps 1 and 2, but this time press the bottom left corner.
  3. When the message appears on the Permanent Storage Init. screen, drop the press on the printer control panel. The Initialization begins.
  4. When the printer has completed the Initialization, it returns to the Ready.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
