Hi @HELP0906,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e is having trouble with your HP account or subscription service. Here are a few steps to try.
- Check Your HP Account: Log in to your HP account on the HP Smart website or app and make sure your account information is up-to-date. Sometimes, issues with account status or subscription can affect printing.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up-to-date. You can usually check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer’s control panel.
- Verify Subscription Status: If you have an ink or paper subscription, verify that it’s active and hasn’t expired. You might need to renew or update payment information if there’s an issue.
- Reinstall HP Smart App: Sometimes, reinstalling the HP Smart app can resolve connectivity or account issues. Uninstall the app, then download and install the latest version from the app store.
- Reset Printer: Try resetting your printer to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve account-related issues. You can find the reset option in the printer’s settings menu.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
