Print Using HP Smart App:
- Try printing the document using the HP Smart app to check if the issue persists.
- Clear Print Queue:
- Sometimes, clearing the print queue can help resolve the issue.
- On your phone, go to the printer settings and cancel any pending print jobs.
Network Settings Reset:
- On the printer control panel, go to "Setup" > "Network Setup" > "Restore Network Settings" and confirm.
