Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I recently switched internet providers and my printer will not take my network password.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the new network, I am glad to assist you.

Restore your product's network default settings

Follow these steps to restore your product's network default settings.

  • Touch the Wireless button () on the front of the product.
  • Touch the Right Arrow button to select Wireless Settings, and then touch OK.
  • Touch the Right Arrow button to select Restore Network Defaults, and then touch OK.
  • Select Yes to confirm your selection, and then touch OK.

And then try to connect the printer to the new router.
