Hi @HaleyNW,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your AirMac to Bluetooth and recognizing the printer. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue.
- Make sure that your printer is turned on and in range of your AirMac.
- Check to see if your printer supports Bluetooth. If it does not, you will need to use a different method to connect it to your AirMac.
- Check your AirMac's Bluetooth settings. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and that your AirMac is set to discoverable.
- Try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your AirMac and printer. Turn off both devices, then turn them back on and try to reconnect.
- If none of the above steps work, try deleting the printer from your AirMac's Bluetooth devices list and then adding it back again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
