Product: HP DeskJet 2600 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer says it is connected to my 2.4G network but when I go to print something it says it's offline. I downloaded the scan doctor and it keeps saying that nothing is wrong or that my printer is off. Please help.

I have an Envy 4507 which will no longer connect to the internet. .I use it conjunction with a chrome book. It will print via a USB cable but not wifi. The internet connection was perfect until I changed phones and synced  data  from old to new. I have tried  the wps button route and by manually inserting ssid and password but no result. Help please
