Hi @Grvdgr12,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP ENVY Photo 7155 is stuck on the loading screen. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on to see if it resolves the issue.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the paper tray and any other access doors.
- Look for any paper jams or obstructions and remove them if found.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Connect the printer to your computer or network.
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP website and follow the instructions to update if necessary.
Reset the Printer:
- Sometimes performing a factory reset can resolve issues.
- Refer to the printer’s manual or HP support site for instructions on how to perform a reset.
Check Connectivity:
- Ensure that all cables are securely connected.
- If you are using wireless connectivity, make sure the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network properly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
