Hi @Vix62,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I can help you troubleshoot the connectivity issue with your HP ENVY 6000 All-In-One Printer. Here are a few steps you can try.
Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Make sure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network.
- Verify that the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable.
Restart Printer:
- Turn off your printer, wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
Restart Router:
- Power cycle your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it, waiting for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
Verify Wi-Fi Settings on Printer:
- On the printer control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings.
- Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and has the correct Wi-Fi password.
Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:
- If the printer still doesn't connect, you may need to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network. Use the printer's control panel to go through the setup process.
Check for Interference:
- Ensure that there are no electronic devices or obstacles causing interference with the Wi-Fi signal.
Update Firmware:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can usually find this information on the HP support website.
Network Troubleshooting:
- Run a network troubleshooter on your computer to identify any network issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
