My printer is not showing ready online. Sometimes it prints, other times it doesn't. When I go to scan a document, it shows unavailable. And sometimes it shows printer is offline. But with it being offline or unavailable, it prints sometimes. But when I go to use the scanning feature it says unavailable. I've tried to do all the troubleshooting. Including turning it off. Restarting it, turning off the Wi-Fi. Or the modem. Restarting it. Starting turning off the computer, Restarting it. Taking it off from the wall and waiting for a while to reset it. And yet is not working. Please help.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name of the printer for better assistance. Window, or MacOS?
If you are using WiFi direct to the printer from your laptop or desktop, the WiFi may have powered down to save power
If you un-check the box "Allow the computer.." then the Wi-Fi device will be enabled during sleep and can maintain connection to the printer while sleeping.
You can ignore the above if your printer is connected to the modem or router.

This printer supports both the 2.4 and 5ghz bands. If there is an option in the control panel setup to force a particular band then select the 2.4ghz band. if not, and if you continue to have problems, log into the modem and configure the SSID (name) of the 2.4ghz and to be different from the 5ghz. Use the same password. Keep keep it all numeric and simple like a phone number.
