Estou tentando comprar a cabeça de impressão da minha impressora HP Smart Tank 532 na Kalunga. No site, com meu cadastro, consta Número de série inválido ou bloqueado para utilização e eu não consigo finalizar a compra. Consegui efetuar a compra da cabeça de impressão colorida com auxílio dos colaboradores da Kalunga, mas o preto que estou tentando não consigo.
Acessei o link informado pelo suporte da HP e minha impressora é original (comprada no site da HP e entregue pela Kalunga), mas com a garantia vencida em novembro/2023.
Como devemos proceder para retirar este bloqueio? No aplicativo da HP consta a minha impressora registrada. E como faço para após solucionar isso não voltar a ocorrer novamente?

I'm trying to buy the print head for my HP Smart Tank 532 printer in Kalunga. On the website, with my registration, it says Serial number is invalid or blocked for use and I cannot complete the purchase. I managed to purchase the color print head with the help of Kalunga employees, but I can't get the black one I'm trying.
I accessed the link provided by HP support and my printer is original (purchased on the HP website and delivered by Kalunga), but the warranty expired in November/2023.
How should we proceed to remove this blockage? The HP application shows my registered printer. And how do I make sure this doesn't happen again after solving it?
Note: I don't speak English and you deactivated the website in Portuguese (Brazil). So they need to have analysts who read Portuguese too.
