Hi @GENE69,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e is showing “No Printer” or “Network Error”, but the scanner works; it usually means the printer is partially connected, often due to a driver, network, or configuration issue.

Try These Steps to Fix It

1. Restart Everything

  • Power off the printerrouter, and computer.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then power them back on in this order: router → printer → computer.

2. Check Printer Connection

  • On the printer screen, go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
  • Make sure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
  • Print a Network Configuration Page to confirm.

3. Reinstall the Printer in Windows

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove the HP 9125e if it’s listed.
  • Click “Add a printer or scanner” and let Windows detect it again.

4. Install the Full HP Driver (Not Windows Default)

The full driver includes print services that the basic Windows driver may lack.

5. Run the HP Smart App

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
