Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I'm trying to get the email address for my out-of-warranty printer so I can sign up for Instant Ink, but I don't have ink and can't print the page, and the address won't display on screen for some reason. I get an endless "Connecting..." display. Can someone help me find a way to get my printer's e-address without me having to go buy a print cartridge?!

  • Are you using HP instant ink account for the first time?
  • Could you please share the picture of the error message?
