Hi @Ranjan143,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To connect your HP LaserJet MFP128fn printer to your Mac OS Ventura computer through the network, you can follow these steps.

  • Make sure that your printer is connected to the network and turned on.
  • On your Mac computer, click on the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
  • Click on Printers & Scanners.
  • Click on the + (plus) button to add a printer.
  • Select the IP tab at the top of the Add Printer window.
  • In the Address field, enter the IP address of your printer. You can find the IP address by printing a network configuration page from the printer's control panel.
  • In the Protocol drop-down menu, select HP Jetdirect - Socket.
  • In the Queue field, enter the name of the print queue. This can be any name you choose.
  • In the Name field, enter a name for your printer.
  • In the Use drop-down menu, select the driver for your printer. You may need to download and install the driver from our HP website if it is not already installed on your computer.
  • Click on the Add button.

Your HP LaserJet MFP128fn printer should now be connected to your Mac OS Ventura computer through the network and ready to use.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
