Need WPS PIN # for HP ENVY 6055e when warranty is expired. It doesn’t print the printers “informati”

I’ve already spoken to customer service through HP who emailed me to YouTube videos on how to obtain the WPS PIN. Both Videos tell you to just use the information button on your printer in order to print your printers private information. However, when I push that button, it does not give me any information on my printer, except a Wi-Fi picture and the email for HP support
I just purchased this laptop and printer about six months ago and apparently she stated it was now out of warranty?

It was previously connected to the laptop and printing. I have only used it about four times and when I went to print, it said driver unavailable, and in troubleshooting, this is what I have come across so far. I need the pin number so that I can try and add it to the laptop again and see if I get anywhere.

Since your HP ENVY 6055e printer isn't printing the information page when you press the Information (i) button, you can try these alternative methods to retrieve the WPS PIN.

Use the HP Smart App (Recommended)

1. Download HP Smart (if not already installed) on your laptop or phone.
2. Open HP Smart and add your printer if it’s not already listed.
3. Go to Printer Settings or Advanced Settings (EWS).
4. Look for Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) and find the WPS PIN.

Retrieve from the Printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS)

1. Find your printer's IP address:
   • If your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, print a network configuration page by holding down the Wi-Fi & Information (i) buttons together for a few seconds.
   • Look for the IP Address on that page.
2. Enter the IP Address in a web browser on your laptop.
3. This opens the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
4. Navigate to Network → Wireless settings, and locate WPS PIN.

Manually Reset Wi-Fi Settings

If the printer isn’t responding to button presses:

1. Reset the printer's network settings:
   • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button together until the Power light blinks.
   • This will reset the network settings.
2. Try the WPS button method:
   • Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until it starts blinking.
   • Press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.
   • The printer should connect without needing a PIN.

Why is Your Printer Showing "Driver Unavailable"?

• Your laptop may have lost connection with the printer due to a Windows update or a driver issue.
• Fix: Uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.
  1. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  2. Remove the HP ENVY 6055e.
  3. Download & install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.
  4. Reconnect the printer
