I downloaded the full system drivers for my office jet pro 8034e and it brought me to a pop up asking for my authentification password. The username is greyed out as admin and all I can change is my password. We have a current setup for this with our own username and password for our printer but it was not working so I attempted to redownload the drivers. What is the admin password for these printers and do I need this if we already had a password and username set up for the printer in our hp account?

I understand that you are unable to setup the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
