Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

It arrived with warranty expired bit I have never used it or plugged it in.  Filed: Case Number [Personal Information Removed]– Advised seller that their firm is selling defective devices from HP because of this.

 

How do I find out the status? .  The guided help for some reason doesn't cover this.
