Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M28w
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I purchased a used M28w and unfortunately the seller did not reset it.  I managed to print a diagnostic page and I can see that it is already connected to another wi-fi network.

 

I think the best thing for me to do would be to reset to factory defaults.  Can anyone assist?

Ah, never mind.  Managed to change the wi-fi settings using a USB cable to a Windows laptop and the HP setup software.
