recently changed networks with AT&T. I’ll have AT&at ALL FI hub. I was on the phone with AT&T for almost 2 hours. Unable to address issue. Stated problem was with HP product. hub is both 2.4 gig and five gig. Trying to connect to the 2.4 gig from the hub. We’re receiving the following from HP for diagnostics issue. If MAC address filtering is enabled and you would like to keep it enabled, you must add the MAC address of your printer to the list of permitted devices for your wireless router before continuing. Was informed by AT&T that this was done. Still will not connect to network.

Your printer can use only the 2.4 gigahertz band.
Make sure your modem has a different name for the 2.4 than it does for the 5 ghz band
The names need to be different.
If you have trouble changing the names of the bands then have AT&T do it for you

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
