HP Neverstop 1001nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't get printer on network so other users can send to it.

Every time I reinstall it defaults to the print monitor and not an IP address.

Printer works in office but no one else can connect.

Hi @JWinter95,

I'd like to help!

  1. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  4. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?

Keep me posted.
