HP ENVY 4520 All in One Printer

I have an HP ENVY 4520 All in One Printer that has stopped connecting wirelessly and is therefore offline. It can't find my broadband network. I ran the HP doctor software and disconnected and then reconnected the USB printer/computer connection to enable the network details to be obtained from the computer by the HP software. I then tried to re-input the network details into the printer via the printer's screen, but this time it came up with an error code OXOO76CD51 UI-MAIN-MEM C. Without the wireless connection the printer cannot communicate with HP instant-ink and therefore I won't get the required ink deliveries that I am paying for!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

Go to the setup menu>Tools>Restore Factory Defaults

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
