Product: Neverstop 1200a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer I just bought 10 days ago turns off automatically. (neverstop 1200a)
The tech service told me its for power safety, but it didn't make any sense.


Does it normal to printer completely turn off itself?

Hi
in 24 and 25th pages of User Guide doesnt include any solution or explanation of my problem !  

 

Also, I found a setting in Hp assistant that I can choose power setting. 

In this setting users can choose printers completely turn off timer.

User can choose 2,4,8 hours to turn off for power safety but user can not disable auto turn off in settings.
