Wi-Fi printing worked until I got new internet service. I kept the same Wi-Fi name and password. Everything in my home connected and worked except the HP printer. Info on printer shows Wi-Fi connected. HP Smart on phone shows printer unavailable. On Mac printer doesn't show on the same network. When I try to print from Mac I get the message, "unable to locate printer". When I try to access the printer settings-Network, it asks for a Print User Sign-in, tried my HP Smart sign-in and it didn't work.

The issue is now resolved. Apparently, HP printers do not work with guest wi-fi. Once the printer and my laptop were changed to the main wi-fi, printing worked again.

The wizard is no longer available, older models had a wizard, which was a very helpful feature. Don't know why it was removed.
You can find steps for a printer reset and how to connect in the user manual https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_7579882_en-US-1.pdf

Thanks for the info. I factory reset the printer, set up everything and attached to the new Wi-Fi. I can't add the printer to HP Smart even using the IP address or find the printer from my laptop with the IP address. I turned off Wi-FI, laptop and printer and restarted them in order of Wi-Fi, laptop and printer. Wi-Fi printing is not working.
