Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS
Have OfficeJet 8720 on a home Wifi. We can print to it from all Apple Devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air (old), but NOT the brand new MacBook Air M3 running iOS 14.4.1
When we try to add the printer, receive an error that the Macbook Cannot Connect to the printer. Yes...did confirm its on the same Wifi. When we add the OfficeJet via IP Address...the document stays stuck in the print queue. Worked with Apple support hours installing drivers, HP Smart, restarting the network, restarting the Macbook Print Server, you name it we did it.
We CAN print via the HP SMART app. Just NOT with AirPrint or the iOS.
Completely out of ideas.
