Hi All,
Yesterday I bought a brand new HP Officejet Pro 9720e but it doesn`t do anything. Installation went well. On Windows 11 the printer has been installed and says online-ready. When try to print a PDF I see appearing the printer queue icon but nothing in it. When printing via an Android device an error occurs which says something like printer is blocked.
PS. Also printing a test page is not working

Probably my Windows spooler was broken. I fixed my problem on Windows by executing the bat file found on https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/90615-reset-clear-print-spooler-windows-10-a.html
On Android I can`t print anything yet. HP Smart keep saying printer is blocked.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Are you printing from Win/ MAC / Android / iPhone or an iPad? What is the current OS version installed?
What is the exact error message? -Any Printer Setup Incomplete error.
Are you able to print an internal report?
Have you tried installing the Printer on any other phone/PC?
