Hi, 

 

We have just connected to a New Optus Modem with the NBN upgrade in our area. 

Everything can connect the wifi, EXCEPT  my HP Envy 4504. 

 

Have tried using the wifi name and password on the bottom of the router. Tried to connect via WPS button, tried to connect via the pin provided in the router settings. 

 

Ready to throw it out the door! 

 

Please help 🙏
