I lost the password to the printer; can't update link to network without it; can't restore factory defaults (start over) without it.  What can I do?

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Are you trying to connect the printer to the wireless network?

Yes.  It was connected to a wireless network; new router, need to link printer to new router network--but can't without a password.  Moved recently; some records lost in move--including password for prineter.
