Hi @Loz52

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure! Here’s how to connect your HP OfficeJet 7612 printer to your new internet provider:

Step 1: Reset Network Settings

  1. Power On the Printer: Ensure your printer is turned on.
  2. Access the Control Panel: On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button (it may look like a wireless signal icon).
  3. Restore Network Defaults: Navigate to Setup > Network > Restore Network Settings. Confirm to reset the network settings to factory defaults.

Step 2: Connect to New Wi-Fi Network

Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to Setup > Network > Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • The printer will search for available networks.

Select Your Network:

  • Choose your new Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.

Enter Wi-Fi Password:

  • When prompted, enter the Wi-Fi password (case-sensitive). Make sure it’s correct to avoid connection issues.

Step 3: Install HP Smart App (Optional)

Download the App:

  • If you haven't done so, download the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).

Add the Printer:

  • Open the HP Smart app and tap the + icon to add your printer. The app should detect your printer if it’s connected to the same network.

Step 4: Print a Test Page

  1. Print a Test Page:
    • After connecting, print a test page to ensure everything is working properly. You can do this from the printer's control panel under the Print Reports option.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
