Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
"Not locate" could mean a number of things.
If you have not done so,
Consider / Start here:
Restart everything, including the router that controls your network
If all is configured correctly, restarting all the gear can help sort anything tangled.
What else?
Examples...
=================================
Using the computer, can you ping the printer on the network?
Example
Windows key + X + (then) A (starts admin cmd prompt)
Accept the UAC control request (Yes)
(type command)
ping 192.168.2.16
=================================
If you are running a Dual Band Network,
Do you have a separate SSID named network for each band / frequency?
and
To which band have you connected the printer? 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
Example - Dual Band Network - Considerations
SSID_Dual_Band_Example_16

=================================
Can the router see the printer?
That is, when you log into the router, is the printer listed in the "Connected Devices" list.
=================================
Checking the Dell,
What is the printer connection type?
OR
If you have not done so,
Consider
Create / Change the connection type to TCP/IP
Example -
Method - Create / Change-to TCP/IP port
TCP/IP can resolve odd connection, scanning, and installation problems.
Create / Switch to a TCP/IP Port to facilitate communication and prevent ‘offline’ issues
Find the printer's IPv4 address
Print a Configuration Page
OR
Tap on the wireless icon on the Front panel of your Printer to get the IP address
Next,
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >
Right-Click the printer and Left-Click Printer Properties
OR
Windows 11
Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Select Printer > Printer Properties
Tab Ports
Scroll the list
If there is already a current and correct TCP/IP port assignment for the printer's current IP address,
Select (Check) the entry for that Standard TCP/IP Port
OR
Click Add Port
Select Standard TCP/IP Port
Select New Port and follow the instructions
Type in the correct IP address for the printer
