My laser jet printer was connected until I was forced to upgrade to a different modem. Then there was a new WiFi connection and password change. Now my printer will not connect to the new modem/WiFi. I have a laser jet printer WiFi listed on my mobile device that has always been there since the beginning but when I click on that it wants a password to join. I don’t know what it is and I can’t reset it or delete it. This may or may not be the problem anyways. Thanks for your help and replies!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:
https://www.hp.com/au-en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html
Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
Regards.
